These Terms of Service govern your use of the REMANET TRADING website and your purchases.

1. Orders & Acceptance

An order placed on our site constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept the offer by shipping the products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing errors).

2. Prices & Taxes

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT at the applicable rate. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We use OSS (One Stop Shop) for EU VAT declarations.

3. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna, and iDEAL. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers. We never store your full card details.

4. Product Compliance

All products are CE-certified and comply with EU directives (RED, EMC, RoHS, WEEE). Product images are illustrative; specifications may vary slightly.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (logos, texts, images) is the property of REMANET TRADING or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the order value. Mandatory statutory liability (e.g. for personal injury) remains unaffected.

7. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). EU consumers retain mandatory consumer rights of their country of residence.

8. Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged to participate in dispute settlement proceedings.
