In compliance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. No reason is required.

2-Year Legal Warranty

All products are covered by the EU 2-year legal warranty against defects. If a product fails within this period, we will repair, replace, or refund it.

How to Return

Contact support@remanettrading.com with your order number. We will provide a return label and instructions. Returns are free for defective items; return shipping for change-of-mind is paid by the buyer.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, in-ear products and items with broken seals cannot be returned unless defective.
