Shipping Policy
We ship to all 27 EU member states, plus the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
Free shipping on orders above €49. Below that, a flat rate of €4.95 applies within the EU. UK/CH/NO shipments may incur customs duties.
Delivery Times
Germany: 1–3 business days. EU mainland: 2–5 business days. Remote areas (Cyprus, Malta, Greece islands): 5–10 business days.
Tracking
All shipments include tracking. You will receive a DHL / DPD / Hermes tracking number via email once dispatched.
Customs & Duties (UK / CH / NO)
For non-EU destinations, local VAT and import duties may apply at delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
